Heartland Construction and Renovations Ltd. constructed 1800 square feet of additional living space in this outdated home in Doon. We built an oversized tandem garage and finished off the exterior with a stone and stucco facade and a large covered front porch. With the additional living space we were able to create an upper floor laundry room, a Master Ensuite and Ensuite bathrooms for each child's room. Walls were removed and windows were added for natural light in the new expanded eat in kitchen complete with a custom island and built in desk.
